For a newbie at web development, should I use Dreamweaver or WebStorm?

I know both of these tools feature powerful tools to allow web development and I don’t really want to go to a text editor for writing HTML and JavaScript. I’d say I have spent around an hour on each of them. Dreamweaver does look better and more user friendly but I’m not sure if that’s worth leaving WebStorm.
