How do i get mod_wsgi.so for Apache 2.5 and Python 3

I am trying to install mod_wsgi. I use the command 'pip install mod_wsgi' but i got an error:

running build_ext building 'mod_wsgi.server.mod_wsgi' extension error: Unable to find vcvarsall.bat

I try to find the apropriate mod_wsgi.so file but I could not found it.

Please Help. Regards, Tomer
