Making a URL format into a button in a text message

I am currently touching up a clients Shopify webpage. He wants to be able to text his URL to people and have the URL show up like a button. I don't know what this is called, only thing I can compare it to is when you share a Facebook link through texting and that link will reformat itself into a button. Any one have an idea of what this scripting is called? or even better done this before?
