How to find navigation of broken Link

I extracted all links from http://www.mattel.com/en-us/ including broken one from xenu tool. Parent Link: http://www.mattel.com/en-us/taxonomy/term/101 Child Link: http://www.mattel.com/en-us/devel/taxonomy_term/101/definition

Child link is broken, but I am not able to navigate to this link. Is it possible that child link is not inducted into the website, its just there in source?

Let me know if I am not clear with my question.
