Create mobile application using Mobincube, create quiz for this application

I would like to create Android/ios application for learning foreign languages. I use Mobincube application to do it. My main purpose is to create quizes to check the knowledge. Mobincube allows to use online web function So my question is how to do it? My plan is to have 3000 questions in database.

I thaught to create database with colums 1.ID 2.Question 3.answer1 4.answer2 5. correct answer. I want this questions will show up randomly Could you halp me and advise how should I start and what exacly should I do? I had been watching a lots of movies on YT and i had read a lots of articles and now I'm so confused... I'm not programmist, I have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Java Script and SQL. But I have some kind of mission to create it, to create good app to learn languages bucause I haven't found it so far. THANK YOU!
