Viewing a previously live Akamai Streaming video File (.asf)

The US Committee on House Administration tweeted a live streaming video file (.asf) hosted by Akamai its url redirected to http://ift.tt/2tfINcQ

Does anyone know of a way to modify the live request in order to view an archived version of the live stream?
