How can I display my VM in a web browser?

I want to be able to display my virtual machine in a web browser, just wondering how I can do that? Some VPS companies do this too where you can connect to the VPS directly through the browser.

I want to know if it is possible to have a new instance for each person too?

How would I code this and what technologies would I require?
