How to implement a C++ based game in web browser?

I'm not quite sure what to do on this.

It's a basic stick game that I'd like to be able to play in browser (without requiring any downloading). Would I have to embed this in a another language?

Asking because I don't know any web based language (html,etc) and not quite sure which one to learn.
