How to get unique device id of script running machine using PHP or JS

I want to know that how to get unique device id of client. If client using mobile while running script then need to know Unique mobile id. If client from Desktop then unique machine id.

Note: I am looking for device id not want to track browser or OS.

Any custom code also helps. Thank you
