Smoothdivscroll (JQuery plugin) want to play sound at certain point of the reel

im using this jquery plugin to visualize a,n extra long horizontal image (like an panoramical photo for example), and i want to it at certain point to play a song which i uploaded to soundcloud. any idea that can help me? i was thinking about working with the X axis (???,0) of the image but my skills on javascript are low so.
