HttpContentHeaders.ContentDisposition.FileName missing file path in Chrome

I am using HttpContentHeaders.ContentDisposition.FileName to extract the filename and file path in Web Api 2 Controller. This works fine in IE 11 but in Chrome 43.0.2357.134 it only returns the file name minus the file path.

Has anyone see this and how to resolve this in Chrome so it responds with the full file path.
