Browsers Display, Containers, Virtualization

Good evenning I'm beginning with a personal project, I want to be able to preview my sites in different web browsers as in Browser Stack, my project is that i want to be able to to make it in a private server, I have seen technology as Docker to deploy GUI apps my question and doubt is what i should use to display IE and SAFARI(or what techologies should I use?) I want it to make open source, a requirements list would be

• Have a varied amount of browsers to choose from as operating systems
• Manageable via Web
• Mobile device emulation
