Web browser control in VB windows form application broken? Carn't display video from a website?

Hello I am creating a windows form application to play videos from various sites. This has been working 100% for the lest few days, untill after i added a button to delete the IE web browsing history. Process.Start("rundll32.exe", "InetCpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess 1")

Now when I play the same video from the same site the video will not load at all, the site however will.

Information: Using Microsoft Visual basic 2010 Only the Express edition
