how to maintain the website list programmatically in google web search

I am using the google web search for searching data. I have added the website list directly through the control panel -> setup -> basic->sites to search -> Add. its working perfectly.

The problem is that I want to maintain the website list programmatically , I went through this link http://ift.tt/1wPS1DX . I have implemented all the methods that were mentioned in the document. According to the document I have uploaded my annotations.xml in my server. Finally, I searched using the google custom search but i did not get any result.

please provide me a solution.
