Web scraping example with python [closed]

I was hoping someone could help me with web scraping. I'm having some trouble with getting the data. I don't really know how to start...

My idea is having a list of all the countries with the answer whether it's open to tourism at the moment or not.

lets say the website is infotravel.com The URL changes depending on the country for example infotravel.com/europe/belarus/ and its open for tourism infotravel.com/north-america/aruba/ not open for tourism

Is there a way to have csv table for example like this: country / tourism belarus / yes; aruba / no

I don't really know how to start with the code
