Is it possible to lock on mobile keyboard on the website?

I am really surprised that I cannot find answer for this question. I was looking a lot and nobody even ask the same question. I am making for my own a website for learning foreign words. In my subpage for writing the translation of the word I want my keyboard to appear and lock it. On mobile when you click somewhere else the keyboard is hiding.

Is anybody know how can I do it? Is it even possible?
