Can you scrape javascript comments using python code

I am writing a program for a client that will scrapes the comments from an HTML file. I was able to complete this portion of the project but, the client returned and stated that he would also like to scrape the javascript comments from the web as well. Is there a way to find and scrape javascript comments from a website?
