Any way to deploy both Flask and a web scraper together on a server?

I have two parts of my project; the scrapers that collect information from several websites, and my own website written in Flask to display the scraped information. I'd like the script to run every minute, since my HTML updates on every page refresh. Is there a way to make this work? I tried to use App Engine on Google Cloud but I'm not sure where to add the web scraping scripts? If theres a better way to display my website, then let me know, thanks.
