Use user entered word to complete a sentence

I am trying to create a form in html. Which has two boxes and a button. If the user enters a word in the first box then press the button then it automatically gives a complete sentence.

  Example: - If the user enters "Love" and presses the button, then give a complete sentence "I love my future".

  "I___ my future" is already used in the code.
