Cheap way to integrate Dokan Pro?

There's an ebay seller who appears to only sell plugins for wordpress, they have a version of Dokan 2.9.14 for only $4, i know CDkeys can save a lot of money so in theory this isnt too good to be true, would this work or am i better off buying the license from Dokan's website? thanks in advance for any replies
