Need to collect links from website but PC at work wont let me install anything

I need to figure out a way to collect data from a website. I just need a small link from the HTML code but I want to automate it. Unfortunately, i am unable to install python or anything else on my PC at work. So i hope there is a another way, maybe using notepad? How would you start this project?

I was thinking on creating a macro but there might be a more simple way to copy links from a site's HTML.
