is NODE.js and HTML a fast way to make a website?

I am looking for a fast way to make a website from scratch. I have some understandig of Wordpress but generally it requires a lot of knowledge to setup your own website regarding making contact forms and all the functionality aaaand I am better in Javascript than PHP. So I am looking for an alternative of Wordpress in means to have a fast deploy, but style everything yourself using JavaScript. The only thing I can think of is make a node server and html pages and host them. Clearly you can see I am a beginner in web development..
