Create a website which can show data using the output values of excel VBA form

I have created an excel vba form which I will be using for a blood donation camp functioning as collecting data about registration, donation and rejection of blood. I want a website which can display the total no. Of registration, donation and rejection through form submit. The link should be like https://website.com/reg= and so on. I can put the value as string in the url. I want a website which can offer to do something like the above. Basically I want the website which shows the data through the hyperlink data.If there is any way to develop it or any website pls tell me. I have no knowledge of web development so I would appreciate if there is any specific website to do the same.
