How can I fix the slow web page loading?

When I tried to load a web page on my Windows pc it took a few minutes to load it. I can’t watch yt videos or go to any website because it takes a few minutes to load. I used a cleaner, did an antivirus scan, reseted tcp. It can’t be that my pc is slow because it’s an i7 quad core 7th gen CPU with a Nvidia GeForce 1050 ti graphic card and also 16 heb ram. It’s gast on my phone and on other pc’s that are connecties to the same network. Does Antoine have an idea how I could fix this. It has been loading slow since 2 weeks ago.
