How do I fix '[website] server IP address could not be found.' error when hosting HTML website on Google Cloud?

I believe I have done everything I need to do to host a html website on Google Cloud. When I type in my website in the browser I get a 'www.beta.quickcaptionapp.com’s server IP address could not be found.' error. I I'm lost for options right now maybe I'm missing something small.

Background Information

• In Google cloud I have created a new project
• I have created a public bucket that is hosting my index.html file and quickcaption.css file
• My godaddy name servers are pointing to Google Cloud done by creating a cloud DNS zone in Google Network Services
• Both my hosted files are multiregional storage types.
• My bucket name is the same name as my subdomain
