How can i see the log to find when the app-pool is recycled in Azure Web App

I want to check when all app-pool is recycled for my web application on Azure. Can i this be seen in Azure portal ?

I am getting High CUP usage alerts. at the same time, we also getting the availability alert for website.

Is this because of app pool recycle. or will App-Pool recycle can cause CPU high usage.

I am trying to identify what all actions happened during the CPU high usage. like the errors, requests which are taking time. We are optimizing code where ever possible.
