Can you set up a custom server to receive data from DSYNC?

DSYNC is a website that acts as a data mapping and synchronization between Point-Of-Sales systems. My question is that can you establish a custom server e.g nodejs to receive data from mutiple data sources after they have been transformed via DSYNC? If so, how?
