This Site isnt Redirecting Properly only for some users

Recently got my DNS setup on Cloudflare and DigitalOcean, but for some reason most of my users (I can see it fine) get a 'This site isn't redirecting properly' page. Running this on a DigitalOcean server with Nginx. The stuff scratched out in red is my servers IP
