How to use ews java api to read the body of an email and click on a link

I just found out about this library ews-java-api. I am trying to validate the content of email which is an html by clicking on a url in the body of the email or possibly capturing that url then in a web browser with selenium.

What might be the most effective way of accomplishing this ?
