what web development technology should i use?

I have to do a web application for a business activity, it should have: - a front-office website ( seen by the customers) - a back-office website used by the holder of the activity that can manage content on the front-office - a mid web application for registered customers I am a MEAN developer, but what web technology development do you suggest for this use case? Shold i use technology like magento, wordpress? or should i develop all with MEAN STACK? Pros and cons of every answer please. Thanks in advance.
