How can I Post the values

How can I Post the values of div content to another page on click of a read More button, values should be fetched from the database? I have already tried, putting the form element but only input types values are passed to that page, which i don't have.. Is their any mechanism like token value , which is send to next page , and can be checked at receiving end, and those particular values are fetched from the database.
