What Languages I need to learn to create websites bots?

I want to automate an action in a website . For example in an online game in a browser i want to create a bot that click on X at time Y every time . I thinking to use JavaScript but I am searching if there is any other language that can be more helpful. What programming languages I need to learn to create website bots . Right now I have basic knowledge of JS,PHP, MySQL?
