Web hosting services with Python and its packages

I'm pretty new to this world of hosting, so sorry if this question may seem stupid.

Using Xampp, i created a website that's perfectly working and that it uses the Anaconda Python package to run a Keras model and get a result with an image uploaded from the website.

Everything is working perfectly on the local server, but i would like to upload it on a web server to access it from different devices. Searching on the web, i found many web services providing Python support, but i've some questions:

• Could you link a good service that provides Python support and let the user install new packages (i'd be using pip and i'd need Skimage, numpy, tf, keras)
• Can i just upload it as it is locally or do i need to edit something in che code or in the server's settings?
