RSelenium cannot install for R version 3.4.3

I am new to r programming and I would like to ask for your help.

I cannot install RSelenium for R version 3.4.3. I have tried many solutions but it does not work..

I would like to use RSelenium for auto fill form for web scraping. So if you have any other package that can replace, please give an idea.
