htaccess Dictionary Listening doesn't display files

I have a folder (/downloads) which includes a .htaccess file with this contend:

Options +Indexes
IndexOptions +FancyIndexing +SuppressIcon

It displays https://ibb.co/hEDqPS but no files, but in the folder are a test.txt, a test.html and a README file. Why are they dont displayed? Thanks for your help.
