How to create a dress up game in web?

I am working on a functionality where I can customize a dress eg. change the color of the dress, the user can add accessories and place it anywhere they like, change the size of the accessories, rotate the accessories. I could also have layers the same on photoshop. the user could select predefined accessories. and would have a view for the dress on the front,sides and back. It would also be good if this could be done with 3d.
