Achieving Material Design swipe to delete transition effect in VueJS

I am looking for a way to implement something very similar to the following:

I already found the HammerJS module, that can recognize touch patterns on your element and then execute a method. What I struggle with is that dragging out of the screen transition. Is there a better way to do this?
