What's exactly the advantage of using React JS over Angular.io in a web project?

I've read tons of articles and pages about the Angular VS React ( vs Vue) fight in web development scenario. But every page I read seems to deal with the argument from a theoretical or statistical point of view (something like "people are satisfied of React, so React is better"). None of this, threats the argument from a technical point of view. So,as a developer who's about to start a new web project, what are the advantages of using React in terms of technical benefits? Neither "tons of libraries" or "bigger web community and help on the web" are valid answers, as they're not technical and as they're rather consequences than causes. Thank you in advance
