My Jquery is blocking/overwriting my Javascript

Hi my name is Oskar i am new in Javascript so plz don't mind my code...

Any way, i wrote a block of code for my web-site that works just fine, it is mostly click stuff and color animations. Then i added a piece of Jquery in the bottom of the page, which also works just fine. BUT now my javascript is not working anymore... I do not get any errors in the console, it is like it is overwriting the previous code.

I am lost, i have attempted a bunch of things but nothing seems to work...

Anyone?
