Magneto and Wordpress Transfer

I have an ecommerce website built with WordPress and connected to Magento. I would like to transfer it to WordPress and Woocommerce instead. I found a conversion plugin for Magento -> Woocommerce, I need help with transferring Wordpress? Does anyone have any experience?

I connected via FTP and trasnfered over the WP-related files and I'll try uploading, but the backend was managed by Magento so I still don't know how to reintegrate it.

At least I would like to salvage the Wordpress website design. Advice?
