Can I get all the image in the tomcat file folder in spring mvc if I know the web path?

For example,If I can visit the website and I know the picture path is http://www.wl0756.com.cn/upload/8ea38fede3b449798f472057afa73561.png or http://www.wl0756.com.cn/static/userimgs/20180124/1516780028707060974.png. How can I get all the picture in the upload folder or static/userimgs?
