Requested resource is not found[404 error/Eclipse mars]

I have tried all the ways.

1.Change the tomcat directory path from Metadata to tomcat directory. 2.Checked weather Java EE is installed or not(Eclipse Mars). 3.Checked that tomcat is successfully installed(http://localhost:8080 is working). 4.Clean the project as well as Tomcat server so many times, but still not working. 5.Even tried all the solution available on the Stack Overflow.

No "Dynamic Web project" is running .

So please tell me how to resolve the problem.
