Create Plan API

my team has built a web application subscription service that allows users pay a monthly fee. We have installed the PayPal create plan API and vault API to accept recurring payments. Now this is to ensure that users can save their credit card on the vault API to charge users monthly

My question: is the create plan API enough to create a plan, subscribe user, charged users through the vault API And allow users to cancel the plan if they choose? If not do we need any different APIs for these options?

Second question: To update the plan do we need the Update Plan API or is the create plan API enough?
