Need help creating a custom redirect/shortlink for a website

Okay, so I have a website, lets call it example.com. It is (mostly) a forums website.

For all threads the formatting is http://ift.tt/2slh8TOthread id-name [The -name doesn't effect the function of the page in any way, it can be left out.](Example: http://ift.tt/2tDUhXB). Sub-Forums are example.com/forums/id-name. Blog formatting is example.com/blog/id-name.

I have registered a shorter domain, for example let's use ex.co. I want ex.co/t/id to redirect to http://ift.tt/2slh8TOid. Same for ex.co/f/id and ex.co/b/id.

The worse part is I have practically no web developing experience. All help is appreciated.
