Web Scraping in R. Automated code to download csv files?

I'm a beginner with R and RSelenium.

The main challenge I would appreciate help with is this: One button allows the download of Data as a CSV file, but this file is downloaded as the same name every time. The data within the CSV file itself is different depending on the pre-download navigation.

Here's my idea on how to tackle it: Create a loop that renames the csv file once is imported into R. I'm struggling with syntax and format as I don't have much experience in coding.
