Maps WebAPI allowed for commercial usage in China

I need to implement Maps WebAPI for China market. I heard that I cannot use Google Maps API because it is banned in there. Is it true or I just need to set Google CN as a provider (http://maps.google.cn)?

I thought about Baidu Maps but if it is not necessary, it could be great to just replace API provider to local China Google.
