Error in workspace and publishwebService Function in RStudio

I am trying to deploy an RStudio predictive model into Microsoft Azure Machine Learning Studio (see code below), however, I keep getting two error messages: (1)Error: could not find function "workspace", and (2) Error: could not find function "publishWebService", I am wondering what could be causing this.
