apachectl doesnt show localhost website

since one week i am a mac user and today I started configure apachectl. Not the HomeBrew apache.

I did everything but with a config check: -sudo apachectl -t- I get this error: httpd: Syntax error on line 166 of /private/etc/apache2/httpd.conf: Cannot load libexec/apache3/mod_userdir.so into server: dlopen(/usr/libexec/apache3/mod_userdir.so, 10): image not found

Do had someone the same issue? I use MacOS Sierra.
