Web console script

I wonder if any of you can help we whot something.

I'm looking to make a simple Web console script that would refresh only a specific class on a page and pull that information directly in Web console.

You can see all the way in the top score of the match that was played 16-13 This score constantly updates during the match. But page need to be refreshed to have it updated. I'm looking for a script in Web console that update score header automatically lets say every second and show it in Web console.
