Is there a real-time web based system info monitor for ubuntu?

I'm looking for a real-time web based system info monitor for Ubuntu.

I have tried some of those that others recommend such as Monitorix and Nagios.

But there are either too heavy(Nagios) or not real-time(Moniorix).

The info I wanna to monitor lists below:

CPU Usage
CPU temperature
CPU FAN
GPU Usage
GPU temperature
Mem Usage
Disk Usage
...and so on. Just some normal info.

I'm sure I can write this program by myself, but is there an existent one?
